What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship from the Netherlands to all European countries, including Turkey.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days, and international orders may take 5–12 business days depending on the destination.

Wha is s your return policy?

You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns of products that are damaged.


How often should I use the mask?

Red-light is all about consistency, that’s why to get visible results, we recommend 3–5 sessions per week, around 10–15 minutes per session, depending on your skin’s tolerance and the instructions in the user manual.



When will I start seeing results?

Many users notice their skin improvements after a few weeks of consistent use, but visible changes can take 4–8 weeks or longer and vary by individual.

CanI use the mask with my regular skincare products?

Yes, you can typically use the mask on clean, dry skin and then apply your usual serums and moisturisers afterwards. Avoid applying strong active ingredients (like high‑strength acids or retinoids) like hyaluronic acids, immediately before a session unless advised by a professional.



Who should not use the red light therapy mask?

Do not use the mask if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have active skin infections or open wounds on the face, are taking photosensitising medication, or have been advised to avoid light therapy by a medical professional.
